Returns & Store Credit Policy
 

We want you to love your Velvet Teddy purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit on eligible returns.
 

• Eligibility for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for returned items that meet our return policy criteria.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.

• Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the item’s purchase value. You can use this credit toward future purchases on our store. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return.

3. Once we receive your return, we will notify you and issue store credit within 7 business days.
